Avocado-cashews creamy sauce

One of the things that lots of people get bored with is sauce. At some point, it's normal to want to change things up and stay away from the classic sauces such as the ranch dressing, Italian dressing, Caesar dressing, creamy blue cheese dressing, Mediterranean or Dijon. They are all great, but sometimes, you feel like spicing things up!

Introducing the avocado-cashews creamy sauce. Easy to make, you can use it as a dressing, sauce, dip or marinade. You can make it spicy or not depending on your taste. And the best thing of all, it only takes 5 minutes to make it!

Makes 2 cups
1 avocado
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of one lime
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Optional: red hot peppers paste
100g-120g roasted salty cashews (depends on the size)

1. Pulse everything, but the cashews, in the food processor until everything is well mixed.
2. Add the cashews and pulse until smooth.
