Makes 1 cup
1 cup of raw cashews
¾ cup of water
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp salt
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Puree until very smooth. Thin out with more water to desired consistency.
2. You can store it in the fridge for 3-4 days or simply freeze it.
