Cashew sauce

Don’t you love cashews? They go well with so many meals and, best thing of all, they’re super nutritious and healthy.
Try this 5-minute recipe and add protein easily to any meals!

Makes 1 cup
1 cup of raw cashews
¾ cup of water
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp salt

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Puree until very smooth. Thin out with more water to desired consistency.
2. You can store it in the fridge for 3-4 days or simply freeze it.
