You made your new resolutions and are ready to get fit. Your workout program is ready, you know how many days you’ll train and how often you’ll rest. But one question keep triggering your mind: “how long will it take me to get fit?”.

Being fit means different things for different people, depending on their current level of activity. For some it means weight loss, for others it means big muscles. For this reason, there isn’t an answer that fit all case. To clear things out and get you moving, Kris gives you his opinion and tips.
